BIOMASS GASIFICATION
The "Guascor" Solution
The Guascor Solution for lignocellulosic biomass is based on the technology of gasification, which involves the decomposition of biomass at high temperatures in an oxygen limiting environment.
The result of this thermo conversion is a low heating value gas (~ 5 MJ/m3) called syngas or producer gas that can be used in specially adapted engines.
Enamora technology is based in a pressure compensated fluidized bed reactor which has some remarkable advantages, such as compact design and high efficiency.
Guascor FBLD engines are specifically designed for producing heat and power from biomass syngas.
