Recycling os used tyres
 
     


The Guascor Group has developed an innovative technology to recycle used tyres.
The production process breaks the tyres down into separate components: Carbon black, steel and oil, as well as a significant amount of gas, which, when cleaned, can be used to fuel Guascor gensets to produce electrical energy.
 

The industrial plant recovers 65% of the tyre, whith the remaining 35% being used in the gasification process.
The standard plant is sized to handle 12,000 tonne of used tyres per year.
This technology provides an effective solution to the problem of uncontrolled dumping of this type of waste material.
